Shipment issues

I sent a shipment into FBA a few weeks back and it’s still in the “receiving” state. It was 10 units.

On 05/06/2023 it was available to be investigated. I went to submit the information and noticed the date was pushed back to the 10th.

Today, I went to submit the form and now it was pushed back to the 12th.

I contacted seller support and their response was “wait till the date.” I told them my issue, yet, they again told me to wait.

What the fuck is going on? Amazon can just continue to push back the investigation date multiple times? If so, is there even a point in waiting for this date?

This issue is destroying my sales. I have a grocery item with almost 15 day shipping times and shelf life dates getting closer and closer.
