Supplier qualification

I want to sell electrical parts for air conditioners. I would like to be compliant with amazons policies and have legitimate invoices. Is a supply house that a contractor would use an acceptable source? Is supplyhouse.com ok? If both contractors and the public can purchase there does it make them a retailer and not wholesale?
