Suppressed ads for low inventory

Quick Q for anyone with knowledge, I sent in a small amount of my product (12 units) for fba. I’ve never done it before, and didn’t want to send in a lot before I get some proof of sales.

My Amazon account says “low inventory”.

My question; if I run sponsored product ads, will Amazon display them properly or will they be suppressed because of the low inventory.

My short term goal is to sell 150 units/month by my second month, but wanted to see what it took to just get my first few.
