W9 Verification

Hello Sales persons,

I recently signed up for Amazon market place as a seller. I have completed the W9 form and shows pending verification, but immediately after receive an email saying I need to update my tax form within 30 days or privileges will be suspended. On the home page, there is still a panel that asks me to do the tax forms.

Is this normal? I’m not sure if it’s still pending or actually being rejected.

Second, how do I swap over to FBM from FBA? I was able to swap from professional level to individual. I was not asked or prompted to choose these at startup.
