What do I do now?

Recently started my Amazon business, and after watching loads of videos and hours of research I have become stuck. I have gotten my product shipped to FBA, it’s all ready. I got professional photos and a couple reviews. So I started advertising with sponsored ads. But I have barely gotten any sales, the competition isn’t very high. With other sellers having a max of 200 – 500 reviews. Do I just wait? And let the sponsored ads do it’s thing for a week? Or are there more things I need to do to get this product up and selling? This is kind of a stupid question. But I very lost at the moment and YouTube’s videos aren’t helping.
