What happens if I dispute an Amazon charge on my credit card?

I made a seller account but for whatever reason, I didn’t get the option for an individual plan. Amazon support said to just downgrade the account after registering and they would issue a refund.

I was charged for the professional subscription fee and this charge is 100% real as it posted to my credit card officially today. When I ask Amazon for a refund, they claim I was never charged. If I dispute through my credit card company, will I get blacklisted by Amazon?
