What happens if warehouse in small partial shipment as LTL?

FYI: We are a Seller Central account. Not a vendor Central account.

Our company has sold in the US using FBA for about 5 years now with great success. Our us inbound shipments to Amazon are almost always LTL unless it’s a smaller amount that we will send via UPS to get into the Fulfillment centers faster.

We are now going to sell an Amazon Canada and we have created our first shipment that I assumed would be small parcel and I created it as a small parcel. It turns out our warehouse shifted as an LTL. Because I’ve only ever used Amazon partnered carriers, I’ve never had to give Amazon the tracking information for a shipment that I created in Amazon Seller Central.

Is this going to cause problems and how do I correct this? Again I’ve never had to enter tracking information for a shipment to Amazon inbound because I’ve always used an Amazon partner carrier when creating this shipment.
