Where do I request a PRODUCT REVIEW to be striked-through/removed?
I can’t find where to contact Amazon to request a product review to be striked-through or removed. Amazon fulfilled an order and they sent a completely different item which was used underwear when our item was supposed to be a dress. Customer left a really bad review with images which affects our listing.
In the contact section, it keeps automatically sending me to “customer feedback” but the review doesn’t show up & I can’t do anything there since the review was a product review, not a feedback. Where can I contact Amazon for them to rectify a product review that was not our fault? I can’t find an answer online or on my seller central for my life lol
