Which keywords to chosse for PPC at start?

Hi, I have a KW list of around 150 KWs. Should I use them all for PPC or just start with some of them?ANd does it even make sence to have f.e. a broad campaign for the KW “apple” and “apple red”? is “apple red” not already coverd in the “apple” campaign?
