Wholesale deal with a special provision

I am hoping to wholesale my product to a company which primarily sells on their own website but also appears to sell on amazon.
This is probably a stupid question, but is it realistic to sell my product to them in bulk with a stipulation that they cannot sell it on amazon? Or should I simply try to price it so that it wouldn’t make financial sense for them to sell it on amazon?
