Why does Amazon keep messing up my variation groups?

This is so frustrating. I work for a company who sells on Amazon. Boss wants to group certain products together but Amazon screws them up every time. All info is correct in the catalog and on the variation sheet. When Amazon groups them sometimes the product sizes are wrong, other times the titles are wrong. I contact support and they keep making the same mistakes over and over. Sometimes it takes over 10 tries for them to get it right. Has anyone else had this happen?

Also is there any way to keep Amazon from picking the titles? I specify the titles I want in the spreadsheet but half the time Amazon gets it wrong. For example, our company brand name is “Green Planet Products” (fake name) and my boss doesn’t want the word “products” in the title. Some groups have it, some don’t. Do I have to keep grouping/ungrouping until they get it right?
