Would this be considered making a second seller account?

Hi guys I have a question. So i tried making an Amazon seller account a while ago with one of my many emails. In the registration, I don’t recall going past the step where I had to provide them with my address, phone number, etc. I did provide them with my full name though and filled out the part where they asked what type of business (i.e., individual) it would be.

Im about to start my business and i’m going to register it under my main email but I was paranoid about whether or not this would be considered making a “second account” so I decided to take safety measures and delete said account that I made a while ago (even tho I probably didn’t rly add any info on it)

Am i in the clear to make a new account (with my main email) now that I’ve permanently deleted the first account?

I just don’t want it to be an issue once i get things rolling because i’ve seen peoples accounts get banned (but in their case, i’m assuming they’ve already sold items on their first account)
