Yet another question from a new seller

What are some things (general or specific) that I should focus on in trying to start my FBA business. I haven’t opened a store yet, but for the past month I’ve been learning and researching everything there is to know, but I feel like I’m still missing a few things. I guess what I’m mean is that people say to work hard, but what exactly do I work hard on?
