Can someone explain Shipping Credit

So I’m new to Amazon FBA, and I’m about to list a new item. It says the Net revenue is 13.67, meaning I’m going to get 13.67? The shipping credit is $4.99 and selling fee per unit is $2.99. I listed the item for $11.67 which the math makes sense. $4.99-$2.99= $2+$11.67 is $13.67.

So why do I get a shipping credit?
