Selling in UK/EU – same FNSKU across marketplaces?

We’re a US based seller and are in the process of expanding into the UK & EU (Germany, Italy, Spain, possibly more). Our product is a beverage item, so unable to qualify for PAN-EU. So – we will be sending inventory separately into each country we want to sell in.

We have our same ASIN created in each marketplace, and the FNSKU is also the same. This is ideal, because we want to use the same FNKSU barcode on the items regardless of what country we are sending into. Since the FNSKU is the same, will inventory be managed separately in each marketplace? For example, if we send 50 units to Germany and 100 units to Spain, would our manage inventory page show that? Or would it be a combined number of 150 units available in each marketplace? Not sure I quite understand this yet.
