Account being deactivated for policy violation or fair pricing issues
My Amazon seller account was deactivated without any warning…
Since then, I have raised multiple cases asking about why my account being deactivated. The case was marked as “answered”, but I have never received any reply from the Amazon team. I have uploaded invoices from my supplier as requested, wrote them a letter about the late shipment rate (I dispatched the two orders in time, only the tracking numbers upload was delayed and the two orders were delivered well within the delivery estimate). 20 mins after I uploaded the letter and invoices, I received another message saying they cannot reinstate my account based on the information I provided and more info is required to detail out the root clause….
I only wish there’s someone real to talk in seller support. Does anyone have experience in this?
