Account level reserve

Great day to everyone! I just started selling on Amazon and have made some sales. Not doing FBA for now so i take care of shipping, and purchase shipping thru amazon. Sold items have delivered some are a little over 7 days from delivery date. Is this normal all my gained funds are on account level reserve? Unable to get them and doesnt give me a date when i can?
