Amazon removed ASIN due to authenticity complaint
So I have been selling an Amazon product via FBA for some time now.
Yesterday, Amazon removed one of my ASINs claiming a buyer complained about the authenticity of one of the products.
They are now requesting supplier invoices.
The difficulty is, our supplier also purchases through another distributor, as the official company do not sell to customers directly. (Sometimes our supplier does purchase through the official company however)
We give our supplier money to purchase the inventory on our behalf as we do not really have the network in the country the product is sourced from.
So technically speaking our name would not be on the invoice, only our suppliers name.
We then essentially take the products we need from our supplier, (we both keep a tally of what has been taken and then reconcile periodically), so we haven’t had any official invoices from them as of yet.
We are expecting an official invoice at the end of the year; so what Amazon are asking for can be produced, but would they accept our suppliers invoice to us?
Has anyone been successful regarding any similar situation? How did they go about it?
