Assistance on how to navigate a Performance Notification product removal appeal

Hello,

I’m seeking some advice on what you believe should be my next steps in this product removal appeal.

Essentially, we’ve had a product that has been on Amazon for some time now but last week we were hit with a product removal notice due to the Amazon suspecting the product contained a certain ingredient.

Before proceeding, I want to make it clear that this product does absolutely not contain the ingredient in question.

They stated: “If you disagree with this determination, please upload a picture of the ingredient list (such as the Drug Facts table) to the product detail page.”

We followed up by doing so. We uploaded a new product ingredient list to our product details page, and wrote an appeal saying so and that we can even provide further in depth ingredient information if necessary.

However, Amazon got back to us and said that they have determined it still hasn’t met the criteria for reinstatement and sent the same criteria as before.

We feel as though we’ve completed the criteria so we’re surprised to get the rejection.

My question is, what would be the next step here? Do we ask what the missing sections we didn’t cover in Amazon’s eyes are? Or something else? We don’t want to send multiple appeals and as someone new to this process, I don’t want to ruin our chances.
