Business Licnese

Amazon is requesting I present them with a business license. Does this mean an LLC/EIN showing legal ownership of the business or are they asking for a county/city business license? This is for the Grocery and Gourmet category as a brand owner/manufacturer.

If a county business license is required, do I obtain where my business is formed or where I manufacture? I use a virtual office as my legal business address (different state) and manufacture in another location (different state).

Any help would be appreciated.
