Buybox issues! Again!!

I am very confused. I lost buybox eligibility 8 days ago and then got it back within the same day. No new negative feed back or a to z claim or anything. Good account health. All my metrics are at 0 or 100%. I have 4 old policy violations that will be dropping off in a few months. My shipping performance is good. I ship orders before or by the ship by date.

After losing buybox and getting it back the same day, I assumed it was a glitch. Yesterday I lost buybox eligibility again. This time I haven’t gotten it back yet. Same situation, account health is healthy. Metrics are the same. No new policy violations or anything. 2 panic attacks in the matter of 10 days. What else can I do but make sure I follow the guidelines?

I sell enough units to qualify for buybox. I know a few other sellers who sell on amazon who have never experienced anything like this. One person I know lost buybox eligibility for 6 months, but that was because they had multiple large orders for items they were not able to fulfill, and had multiple a to z claims. The differance is that at least they knew why.

I have contacted seller support multiple times but I feel like I am speaking to a wall. The advice they gave me was to keep an eye out for buybox that eventually I will get it back, also to lower my prices to get some sales. They have no clue why I lost buybox eligibility.

This is the most frustrating thing I have ever experienced. This is probably tmi but I am trying to get pregnant and this isn’t helping at all.

There was one other time about a year ago that I lost buybox eligibility same situation. Eventually I saw somewhere it asked me to add my address and that I am not recieving full amazon services until I do. When I looked it already had my address. I deleted it and re entered it and an hour later I had it back.

It feels like there’s a glitch specifically on my account! Has anyone else experienced anything like this? Is anyone experiencing anything like this right now?
