Cannot get into account

I have Orders I need to fulfill however, I cannot get into my seller central account. I have reached out to both seller central and customer support and neither one has helped me. The issue is every time I try to sign in it says there is no account or it says the email is already being used but my listings are still there and I’m still getting emails about sold items that I can’t do anything about. Is there a connection between the consumer account and the seller account that I’m missing? Any tips or help would be greatly appreciated.
