Customized item not showing add to cart

Hi, I have had several people reach out to me this week stating that there is no option to buy. The add to cart button is gone from the customize page. I can’t seem to reach anyone and I can still see it on my end on the app and the website. How can I fix this? My sales are down 15% this week so it’s clearly affecting more than just those few that reached out to me.
