Get “item_type_keyword” from front end listing

I just realized one of my products has been in the wrong category. I’m trying to model my competitors this time so I download the correct excel file from amazon.

I know how to look at keywords and product type from a front-end listing, but how do I get the “item_type_keyword”?

Bonus Points if you know of any tables/resources that list all the other attributes equivalencies between the excel files and the front-end listings.
