Global QR code for Kindle book?

My mom wrote a book and we published it through Kindle. I wanted to make a QR code that people could scan and go directly to the book’s page on their local Amazon to buy. The one I made only links to the US book page, she lives in Italy and lives in an area with a lot of international visitors. Is there a way to make a QR code that would link to the book title on whatever country Amazon is linked to the phone scanning the QR code? I’m not sure if I’m being clear but like if my mom scans it in Italy it opens the U.S. page and she can’t buy from the US because she needs a US phone number and account etc. even though the book can be found by title on Italian Amazon.
