Got an infringement claim. Am I in the wrong?

I have listed some items against another seller’s listing.

-They are brand registered for that product.
-However, I checked with UK Intellectual Property Office, and it seems that their trademark has no hold over that particular type of product.

Am I still allowed to sell this product? I did a test order, and it is a generic product; their name is not on the product or packaging.
