has anyone else suddenly lost buybox eligibility???

My account is in good standing. I have 4 old policy violations that will be coming off in a couple months. I noticed my sales dropping and I was still buybox eligible. I checked again today and suddenly I am not buybox eligible. My odr is at 0 percent. All other categories are at 0. I had an a to z claim that amazon granted but paid for themselves because order was shipped and delivered on time so it did not affect my odr. This happened once before and lasted a week. Seller support of course was no help. Eventually I saw that it said to update my address and until I do I won’t be getting all of amazon services. The weird thing was that they had my address. So I deleted it and re entered it and about an hour or 2 later I had buy box eligibility again. This is so frustrating. What else can I do but follow the rules and guidelines and make sure I send orders out on time, the correct product and in the condition it was purchased? About 2 days ago I saw an error message that amazon was experiencing some issue. I don’t know if this is because of that or not….
