I need help setting up Returnless Refunds for FBA items.

I’m trying to setup returnless refunds for my FBA products but Amazon is still requiring customers to return the product. My product is rather inexpensive and i’d rather just let my customers get a refund and not ship the unit back to the fulfillment center.

Ive tried reaching out to seller support and they’re stating that returnless refunds do not work for FBA items, but I am reading otherwise. If anyone could give me some insight as to how I can do this, that would be great.
