Basically it’s an industrial water storage tank thing. No one else on Amazon sells it except one currently. It is not a patentable or protectable item they got it from China and I’m getting it from the same supplier. They have stuck to selling very large sizes (probably for margins) but I want to sell the smaller size they don’t sell.
Am I at risk of trademark violation or anything? Can I use their name in the keywords? Will Amazon show that we sell the same goods (like saying “2 FBA sellers” for the product?)
