In need of a FL sellers permit (non-us resident, no ssn, no visa)

Recently wanted to get in Amazon FBA and was told that it could be done in the US whilst living elsewhere (I live in Aus). Was able to get an EIN, LLC, registered agent, an amazon seller central account up and running; however, if I want to work with authorized distributors and liquidators, I need a sellers permit/resale cert. Is there a way to get a Sellers permit in florida whilst being a non US-citizen living outside the united states without an SSN or visa. Hoping to move permanently to US once business gets underway.
