How to make inventory available in other countries?

I sent some fba inventory and it’s available in USA but it’s out of stock in Canada. However I did set a Cad price as well as a usd price during product adding. I’ve seen other products available to buy in other countries with requiring extra shipping and/or import deposit. But customer service says I need to replenish stock for USA asin but the asin is the exact same in both Canadian and USA markets?
