Is it possible to start fresh on a FBA listing?

I have a FBA listing and got a few low feedback responses that really hurt sales, we’ve since made slight changes to the product after hearing from customers.

I’d like to create a fresh listing for this ASIN, with no feedback and delete the original. Is this possible? If so, is the FBA inventory effected in any way?
