How much do you pay an employee for bagging and labeling products?

I’ve always just packaged products myself to ship in to FBA. I’m at the point now that I need help but I have no idea what the going rate is for hiring a local person for 5-10hrs per week to bag products and put on fnsku labels. I’m in Cleveland, Ohio for reference. Is $20/hr fair? More? Less? Other considerations?
