Is there is a cancellation fee if i canceled an order?

Im a new seller, I received an order, but there was a pricing error so i had to cancel it, when i opened amazon seller app after it i found out that my balance is negative and the amount is the same as the fees from the canceled order labeled as “amazon fees” I wanted to know if this is a penalty or a bug and it will go away or should i contact the support and tell them about this issue
