I’ve been waiting for Amazon seller verification for 2 months – any help greatly appreciated!!
Hi, I applied to sell on Amazon in November, I sent picture proof of my business tax etc. (UK) and currently it still says “information is being validated” under: settings > account info. I emailed support in December asking why it was taking so long and they said:
“Upon checking, your account information is under validation and your have limited access to Amazon selling services, but I also noticed that it has been in this status for a while. As we have a specific team to review related cases, I am going to transfer your case to the team for further investigation.”
Under “Requests and Case Logs” it said the case had been transferred… I didn’t hear anything after a month, so I opened a new case 2 weeks ago, asking the same thing. I didn’t receive a reply to this but checked the Case Log and it says it had been transferred. Still yet to hear anything.
Anyone have any ideas what’s going on? When I fill in the “Get Support” area and try to follow the correct path to “Account Registration” it says there is an error, so I’m having to say my problem isn’t listed there which is taking me to the incorrect support but I don’t know how to get to the correct team, as it doesn’t seem there transfers are doing anything.
