Linked Seller Deactivation Resolution?
Hello All,
I am trying to start my business back up on Amazon as a seller, but when logging in, received a notice that my account was deactivated due to a “linked account”
When researching the linked account, it looks like it belongs to someone who once had my account login information as he helped me sell an item on my account. He did not end up selling on my account, but sold on his own and sent me payment.
I have not had any other contact with this person. I have appealed 5 times to amazon showing proof of payment from him, but keep getting denied.
Amazon continues to ask me for proof of documentation that I do not own that account and or our contract having been terminated.
Would anyone here have some guidance or help?
Thank you so much!
Amazon’s response
To reactivate your account, please provide evidence that you once owned the account or had account rights but no longer own it or no longer have account rights by providing supporting documentation. This includes but is not limited to sales deed, purchase agreement, business transfer agreement, or contract termination.
