Listing automatically changed from FBA to FBM?

Hello,

I have an FBA listing on Amazon selling quite nicely. However, earlier today, it became listed as “currently unavailable” on the product page.

So I went and I looked at the listing. Under the “Manage all inventory” dashboard, the listing seems to have changed to FBM. However, under the FBA inventory dashboard, it says my product is still available and there is plenty of product at the warehouse. Has anyone else ever experienced this before?

When I go to edit the product under FBA inventory, it has me editing the product in FBM format. Is this a problem that Amazon can even fix? This is really bad for me at the moment. Losing out on sales and likely product rankings as well. More importantly, they have a LOT of my inventory in their fulfillment centers that just are not going to sell now. What the f***

***Just to add to this, I never created this item in FBM format. No MFN. Completely an FBA product. I do have some product on hand so I CAN change it to FBM until this is sorted out. But if it’s a technical glitch and I change it to FBM and increase my quantity, would they be able to change it back? I am also brand registered and have a small store on Amazon.
