New Account Deactivated after Video Verification.

My account, which was established in November 2022 under an LLC, had only been used for brand approvals. On January 6th, I received notification that my account had been suspended under Section 3 due to inactivity and that video verification was necessary. I had acquired a product from a brand that was already being sold on Amazon, and had submitted invoices three times, but they were denied and (this might be unrelated). We completed the video verification and provided all necessary information, but today received notice that the account would not be reactivated.
