Other Sellers on Amazon not shown

I am just getting started and have not sold anything yet even after 4 months. It turned out that Amazon is hiding my contact.

There is no “Other Sellers on Amazon” listing shown. People can’t buy if they can’t find me.

Amazon support is not helping except they are telling me I need to upgrade from the individual seller to a professional seller plan.
