Please help reactivate my Amazon account!

So I created an Amazon account a couple months ago and got deactivated for intellectual product violations, and I’ve tried to do an appeal myself but it doesn’t seem to be working, so I created another account and amazon caught that it was linked to the other account and deactivated that, but I registered my brand on the 2nd account and now I don’t know what to do! Please help!
