Really want my account reactivated

Two years ago I was reselling board games on Amazon and it turns out they were counterfeit. Before then I didn’t even know people counterfeited board games, it sounds so insane. They deactivated my account and there hasn’t been any info I can provide them that’s gotten it reactivated. Does anyone have any experience in this area that could suggest a course of action?
