Sellers abusing the #1 best seller & #1 new release badges

We’ve been trying to report this issue to Amazon seller support for years, they have been ignoring the issue with no apparent actions against these sellers. Over the past year the problem became outrageous, over 50 brands are doing this crap.. Our last try to report this issue a few weeks ago was answered by “These ASINs are not in violation” yet again! (and yes we are using the correct way to report this issue) I attached a few screen shots of the problem, why is amazon allowing this? Did anyone have success reporting a similar issue to seller support? To show you guys how bad this is getting, check this category… Maybe I’m doing these reports wrong? Can any good samaritan out there report this to amazon from their side maybe they will communicate this problem better than me? or maybe if seller support see a few reports about this from different sellers they will take it serious?
