Selling a collection of different products as your own brand

Consider sweet and candy boxes, which comprise of major brands such as Cadbury, Haribo, etc.. How are they able to take all of these different brands, and sell them as a collection under their own brand? Wouldn’t these companies issue a copyright strike?

I would like to do the same with a product offered by a major USA wholesaler. They sell these things in quantities of 10, and I would like to split them up into quantities of 5 and sell them on Amazon. The item has the brand of the wholesaler on it. What steps must I take to ensure that this is safe?
