USA seller account and UK vendor account – will there be a vendor conflict?

Hello all. Currently I have a seller and vendor account in the USA and the same listings exist on both sides. A few of the listings on seller give me the “we already have a vendor relationship with this brand” error and I am unable to make those listings active on seller.

I am exploring dropping the USA vendor account and creating one for the UK marketplace instead while keeping my seller account in the USA.

Can I expect to receive the vendor relationship error on my USA seller central listings if I have closed down my USA vendor account and choose instead to run vendor in the UK? Assuming I am listing the same brands on both seller USA and vendor UK. My hope is that because they will be on separate platforms and across different marketplaces it will be ok.
