Why can’t I sell my cards and vintage singles

I have tons of vintage Pokémon singles and stuff Mercari is going slow I have a lot of stuff to put online but Pokémon is not allowed it makes no sense? You can buy vintage on site so why can’t we list it. What are all the brand blocks?
