How to get the shipment investigation status through the SP API?

I’m using getShipments and getShipmentItems to get shipment data. But it seems the ShipmentStatus is limited to a constant, CLOSED, PENDING, etc, and I would like to see when there’s an investigation, similar to what’s displayed in the seller central “Investigation completed – shipment contents counted …”

How can I get an investigation status through the API?
