Amazon Keeps Rejecting Me But I am Not Doing Anything Wrong

I have tried getting accepted to sell on Amazon so many times now and every single time I get rejected. I am in Canada if that matters, have tried with both my passport and ID, I use my bank statement for address verification and it matches my address exactly on my ID, my bank account is in my holder name, I am not misspelling anything or giving any incorrect information. I really don’t know what to do and I am losing hope.
